Phase Inspection
This would be an inspection of the home during the building process.
Pre-pour foundation inspection.
Pre-drywall / framing inspection,
The final inspection.
These inspections take place at 3 different times during the building process. There is a discount taken off the final inspection if this route is preferred.

1 Year Warranty Inspection
